great sea view room on 2nd floor - we were upgraded to superior on our one night stay - hottest day of the year - breakfast best i've had for years in a hotel - lots of restaurants nearby - great outside eating/drinking area overlooking beach
parking was a problem the day we were there - eventually managed to get in the free permit car park down the road. the hotel could do with a lift

The staff were really helpful and friendly but the best part is the view from the Superior room. Sitting in bed looking out too sea was fantastic.
The room is over the bar and the boardwalk though, so can be noisy, and rubish men were collecting bottles loudly first thing in the morning, but you cant have everything

Mervyn
